Cancellation Policy

~ POLÍTICAS ~ • Todas las citas requieren un depósito no reembolsable • Cancelaciones o cambios con menos de 24 horas de anticipación perderán el depósito • Las clientas que no asistan o cancelen a último momento podrán ser cobradas el 100% del servicio • Los pagos deben realizarse al finalizar la cita • No se permiten acompañantes ni mascotas ~ GARANTÍA ~ • Incluye 1 semana de garantía • Los arreglos durante la 2da semana tienen un costo de $5 por uña • Después de 3 semanas, el set se considera un servicio nuevo y deberá agendar una nueva cita ~ POLÍTICA DE TARDANZAS ~ • Por favor enviar mensaje o llamar si llegará tarde • Se otorgan 15 minutos de gracia • Llegadas de 15–30 min tarde para citas de pedicure + manicure: el pedicure será cancelado y se perderá el depósito • Más de 30 min tarde: la cita será cancelada y se aplicará el cargo por cancelación ~ CONTENIDO Y REDES SOCIALES ~ Al reservar una cita con Spicy Moon Studio, la clienta acepta y autoriza ser fotografiada y/o grabada durante su servicio con fines de marketing, promoción y redes sociales. El contenido podrá ser utilizado en Instagram, TikTok, el sitio web del estudio y otras plataformas. No se compartirá información personal. Si prefiere no ser fotografiada o grabada, deberá notificar al estudio ANTES de comenzar su cita. ————————————————————- ~ POLICIES ~ • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24h notice will lose the deposit • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged 100% of the service • Payments are due at the end of the appointment • No extra guests or pets allowed ~ WARRANTY ~ • 1-week warranty included • Repairs during the 2nd week are $5 per nail • After 3 weeks, the set is considered a new service and a new appointment must be booked ~ LATE POLICY ~ • Please text/call if you are running late • 15-minute grace period allowed • 15–30 min late for pedicure + manicure appointments: pedicure will be canceled and deposit forfeited • 30+ min late: appointment canceled and cancellation fee applies ~ CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA ~ By booking with Spicy Moon Studio, clients agree and consent to being photographed and/or filmed during their appointment for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. Content may be used on Instagram, TikTok, the studio website, and other platforms. No personal information will ever be shared. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify the studio BEFORE your appointment begins.
