Cancellation Policy
~ Políticas Basicas ~
• Nuevas clientas: multa del 100% del servicio por no asistir o cancelar con menos de 24h sin previo aviso •
• Clientas regulares: todas las citas requieren un depósito no reembolsable; cambios o cancelaciones con menos de 24h pierde el depósito •
• Pagos: se realizan al terminar la cita. Si no abona tras 2 recordatorios, se cobrará el restante por la app •
• Visitas: no se permiten acompañantes ni mascotas •
• 1 semana de garantía; arreglos en la 2da semana se cobrará $5 por uña; 3ra semana en adelante ya es considerado set nuevo y debe agendar una cita nueva •
~ Politica de Tardanzas ~
• Avisar por celular si llegará tarde •
• 15 min de gracia •
• Pedicure + manicure: si llega 15-30 min tarde, se cancela el pedicure y se pierde el depósito •
• 30+ min tarde: cita cancelada y multa de cancelación (50%) •

~ Basic Policies ~
• New clients: 100% service fee for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24h notice •
• Regular clients: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit; changes or cancellations with less than 24h notice will forfeit the deposit •
• Payments: Must be made at the end of the appointment. If payment is not made after 2 reminders, the remaining balance will be charged through the app •
• Guests: No companions/pets allowed •
• 1-week warranty; 2nd-week repairs will be charged $5 per nail; 3rd week and beyond, the nail set is considered a new one, and you must schedule a new appointment •
~ Late Policy ~
• Notify by phone if you will be late •
• 15-minute grace period •
• Pedicure + manicure: if 15–30 min late, pedicure will be canceled and deposit lost •
• 30+ min late: appointment canceled and 50% cancellation fee charged •
